AS a family tradition, Agriselva has kept the practice of wood-work for heating for both private clients and pizza shops. Our wood is obtained from the annual pruning of fruit and nuts plants which have dried and therefore unproductive. The logs are carefully selected, cut and delivered to customers.
This activity does not only remain loyal to the family tradition, it also allows the company to support the workers economically even in the winter season, thereby receiving compliments for wood derived from nut trees.
Wood from our nut trees has been notably appraised by famous Neapolitan pizza chefs like “Maestro Vuolo & Figli”. They found out that the use of wood from nut trees in making pizza gives it an extraordinary taste!
